Please note the suspense for responses is Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 3:00 PM Fort Belvoir, VA time. The Program's Ordering Period is date of award through September 30, 2023. The Delivery Period is to October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023, with a 30-day Carry Over period. The delivery methods will be Tanker, Barge, Truck, and Pipeline, both FOB Origin and Destination, depending on the specific requirement and location.
