The U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Raytheon BBN Technologies Corp for the Analysis of Mobility Platform (AMP) Increment V. This contract, identified as HTC711-18-D-D001, utilizes both Cost Plus Fixed Fee and Firm Fixed Price line items to provide services under NAICS 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services and PSC D. Although the solicitation was issued as a full and open competition, the incumbent was the sole offeror to respond to the procurement.

The IDIQ contract has a total lifecycle value of $45.5 million and a 4.5-year base performance period scheduled from April 1, 2018, through September 30, 2022. At the time of the IDIQ award, the agency also issued Task Order 1 (HTC711-18-F-D031) with a value of $5,998,495.29. Work is performed on-site at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, and off-site at contractor facilities located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and O'Fallon, Illinois.
