F--Environmental/Hazardous Materials Response - BLM

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603(a), the Contracting Officer is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of services for Environmental Response and Hazardous Materials Response.

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) This solicitation will utilize the policies contained in FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation in conjunction with the policies b and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, as appropriate for this acquisition.

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08 was published in the Federal Register today, October 28, 2022.

(iv) This solicitation is being issued as an 8(a) set aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 562910 with a size standard of 750 employees.Proposals are due no later than February 2nd, 2023 12:00 pm Mountain Time and shall be emailed to [email protected]. Questions are due no later than January 12th, 2023 4:00 pm Mountain Time and shall be emailed to [email protected].
