The SOCSOUTH Contracting office is seeking potential sources that can provide the following: The contractor shall provide SOCSOUTH with infrastructure and support personnel to execute non-traditional intelligence programs. The overall objective is to provide a non-traditional ISR capability that resides on a non-attributable network infrastructure in addition to dedicated intelligence analysis support to SOCSOUTH, including: execution of analytic functions, analytical services, expertise to assist the government in day to day staff support functions, and operations against threat networks in the SOUTHCOM AOR. The anticipated contract type is potentially time and materials. If your company is able to provide the service requested and are interested in this acquisition please submit the following: 1. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.
