Photonics Depot Mast Repair, Upgrade & Overhaul Services

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is issuing this solicitation to secure depot-level repair, maintenance, and upgrade services for several maritime systems. The scope includes engineering services and repair parts for Photonics Masts (PM), Photonics Mast Variants (PMV), ISIS Augmented Systems (IAS) also known as Low Profile Masts (LPM), and Low Profile Photonics Masts (LPPM). This requirement is a follow-on to contract N66604-19-D-G900 and will be awarded as an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract featuring Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, and Cost Reimbursement provisions.

The Department of the Navy intends to award this contract on a sole source basis to L3 Technologies, Inc. (CAGE Code: 34228). Performance will take place in Northampton, Massachusetts, under NAICS 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, and PSC J020, MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- SHIP AND MARINE EQUIPMENT. The solicitation is identified by number N6660423R0385 and includes eight attachments such as a DD254, a Performance Requirements Summary Table, and several pricing and wage determination documents.
