Oil/Water Separator Cleaning and Waste Disposal

AMENDMENT 2 POSTED 08MAR2023: This CSS is amended to change the date offers due to 24MAR2023 at 10:00 AM EST. For clarification, per PWS Paragraph 1.1.1, approximately 25 Oil Water Separators are cleaned per year, and the average volume of waste is 80,000 gallons.

AMENDMENT 1 POSTED 28FEB2023: This CSS is amended to include the questions asked by potential offerors and the Government's responses. No other changes are made.

Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Oil/Water Separator Cleaning and Waste Disposal. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Business. Combined synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) is attached. Returned signed CSS no later than March 02, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST. Award will be made to lowest priced offeror who meets all requirements of the solicitation. 

A small business joint venture offeror must submit, with its offer, the representation required in paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.212‐3, Offeror Representations and Certifications‐Commercial Products and
Commercial Services, and paragraph (c) of FAR solicitation provision 52.219‐1, Small Business Program Representations, in accordance with 52.204‐8(d) and 52.212‐3(b) for the following categories:
(A) Small business; (B) Service‐disabled veteran‐owned small business; (C) Women‐owned small business (WOSB) under the WOSB Program; (D) Economically disadvantaged women‐owned small business under the WOSB Program; or (E) Historically underutilized business zone small business.
