Repair of the F-15 Tactical Electronic Warfare System Intermediate Support System Components

This is a solicitation for a commercial product. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The commercial item coversthe minimum depot level repair requirements of F-15 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Intermediate Support System (TISS) Components. The contractor shall provide quality repair to ensure a serviceable A condition item that efficiently serves its intended purpose, by the required disassembly, test, bench check, inspection, and repair.The contractor shall provide timely and accurate reporting in Commercial Asset Visibility AF (CAVAF), meet Turnaround Time for delivery of MICAPs requisitions per PWS instructions, and reduce frequency of Product Quality deficiency Reports (PQDRs). The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Test Replaceable Units (TRUs) are returned to service or delivered in compliance with OEM performance standards/specifications. The Contractor shall repair submitted hardware, utilizing repair components that are equal to, or superior to, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components, which meet applicable drawings, handbooks, manuals, and/or specification established by OEM and which will perform in next higher assemblies. This effort is a 1-year contract, with options to extend 6 months for the purchase of repairs to the F-15Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Intermediate Support System (TISS) Components.
