The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) has a requirement for Contractor Support Services (CSS) to provide analysis, development, sustainment of permanent flight clearance data products, materials to support the fleet introduction of updated or new weapons systems, development of training materials and curriculums, and subject matter expertise to support fleet introduction and ?train the trainer? activities support to the Warfare Effectiveness Department (WED) located at Patuxent River, MD. Refer to the attached RFP?s Statement of Work (SOW) located in Section C for additional details.The Government intends to solicit and negotiate an unrestricted FULL and OPEN competition.
