The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 19 CONS/PKA at Little Rock Air Force Base, has issued this sources sought notice to identify potential providers for a washer and dryer lease. This market research phase supports the planning process for an anticipated competitive acquisition resulting in a firm-fixed-price contract. The primary objective is to secure leasing services for laundry appliances at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The requirement is classified under NAICS 532210, Consumer Electronics and Appliances Rental, and PSC 7290, Miscellaneous Household and Commercial Furnishings and Appliances.
Capability statements are invited from businesses located in Arkansas, Tennessee, or Texas that are capable of fulfilling the lease requirements. While the Air Force anticipates a competitive acquisition, the responses to this notice will help determine if the effort will be designated as a small business set-aside or advertised as unrestricted. One attachment, a draft Performance Work Statement in PDF format, was published on March 20, 2026, to provide additional context for the service contract.
Interested parties must submit their responses electronically by March 30, 2026. Submissions should include company identification details such as the UEI and CAGE code, business size status relative to the $47 million size standard for NAICS 532210, and information regarding any current government contract vehicles. Correspondence regarding this notice, identified by solicitation number LRAFB_Washer_and_Dryer_Lease, is directed to SrA Darius Roscoe and A1C Lukas-Sebastian Ashley.
