Perpetual SQLBI License

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Chainbridge Technologies for a Perpetual SQLBI License. This license is required for the agency’s depot tracking system software. The procurement is classified under NAICS 541519, Other Computer Related Services, and PSC 7C21, IT and Telecom - Other Data Center Facilities Products (Hardware and Perpetual License Software). There is no set-aside designated for this requirement.

The acquisition is being conducted through FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, with the primary place of performance located in Springfield, Virginia. While the DEA intends to award this as a sole-source action, the agency will consider capability statements from vendors that believe they can meet the requirements detailed in the attached Justification and Approval document. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice remains solely within the discretion of the government.
