Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) Request for Proposal – On Ramp #1

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Agile Acquisition Directorate Contracting Office (EBX), located at 205 West D Avenue, Building 350, Suite 420, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542, hereby issues the following Request for Proposal (RFP)which resultin multiple awards for the Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC) vehicle. This procurement is being advertised as full and open. This procurement will use FAR part 15 RFP process and intends to award as many Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as possible, with respect to availability of funding, to the responsible offerors whose proposals, conforming to the RFP, will be most advantageous to the Government resulting in Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), price and other factors considered. This is an IDIQ contract with no pre-established fixed contract prices. The actual deliverables will be determined by the Contracting Officer who will issue written Delivery Orders (DO) to the contractors. Updates: 30 November 2021 - The Government has attached allquestion and answers from the original EWAAC RFP for use as a knowledge base for this on-ramp. Please refer to this question and answer set prior to the submission of questions in order to reduce duplication of efforts for answering questions. A question and answer set for the EWAAC On-Ramp #1 will be provided to address new questions at the Government's opportunity prior to the holidays. All instances of FA865621R0095 in this RFP are to be considered an administrative error and should be read as FA865622RA002. 20 December 2021 - The Government has provided Batch 2 Q&A to industry by means of a new attachment. Due to the Christmas and New Years holidays, industry should not expect any additional Q&A batches until after 3 January 2022.
