MECHATRONICS CERTIFICATION AND ASSOCIATE DEGREE PROGRAM

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) anticipates the need for a single or multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed-price contract for a Mechatronics Certification and Associate Degree Program. The requirement will consist of a one (1) year base period and three (3) twelve (12) month option years. The Government anticipates no more than three to four awards. The quantities identified for each period are estimates and may vary, depending on the needs of the Bureau. The Contractor will be required to meet all needs in the statement of work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.504, 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice with Subpart 13.5 and 13.1. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) 15BNAS21RRCA00081. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 611310 which has a size standard of $30 million. In accordance with FAR 46.503, the place of acceptance for services under this contract is at the FOB destination, various Bureau locations throughout the U.S. Review ALL attachments.
