Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2020-01. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00020R00000017. Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
