REQUIRED CAPABILITIES
The Government requires interested offerors be able to meet the requirements stated in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). PWS is subject to changes until final award.
ELIGIBILITY
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812210, Funeral Homes and Funeral Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is G001, Social—Care of Remains and/or Funeral Services.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
The Government will not review general capability statements, please ensure submissions are tailored to this requirement and information requested in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. The Government requests Capabilities Statements be submitted electronically in PDF or MS Word format. Offeror's responses shall not exceed ten (10) pages single-sided - standard 8 ½ X 11 pages using not less than 10-pitch font -- and shall describe the offerors technical expertise in sufficient detail to make an informed determination of the offerors ability to successfully provide the products/systems listed in the draft Performance Work Statement
Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Elizabeth Orloski, at email: [email protected] and Contracting Officer, Karina Haddix, at email: [email protected] in either Microsoft Word and/or Adobe Acrobat format by 06 March 2026, 4:00 pm Central European Standard Time (CST), and reference PANHCA-26-P-0000 028672 in the subject line of email and all enclosed documents. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.
