Answer: Paragraph (b) of Provision L.18.4 states, "The Offeror shall submit all GTAs, using the form at Attachment L-06, Government Task Agreement Form, in accordance with instructions in the form and shall include the returned agreement(s) as an attachment(s) to its proposal."
