FOAM SPACERS

The Department of the Army, MICC-Fort Drum, has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation under solicitation number W911S226U3021 for the procurement of foam spacers. These five-inch diameter by 3/4-inch thick spacers must be constructed of Class 4, Grade B, Type I polyethylene material meeting all requirements of specification A-A-59136. The requirement specifies Ethafoam 220 or an equivalent product. Each shipment requires a safety data sheet and a certificate of conformance or analysis containing specific manufacturing data, including lot numbers, analytical data, and a statement of no change in materials or processes.
