FY24 Electronic Security Systems

The U.S. Army Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires a maintenance and service contract for its electronic security systems across multiple locations within the Continental United States. This acquisition establishes a work order and service order methodology to replace previous procurement and installation contract structures that did not support timely or cost-efficient repairs. The selected contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to preserve and maintain these systems in functional condition. This requirement includes the capability to respond to multiple simultaneous requests for work at diverse sites to prevent systems from becoming partially or completely inoperable.
