SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0007: This amendment is issued to advise offerors that discussions have concluded as of Thursday 9/16/2021, and revised proposals shall besubmitted in w riting on or before Friday 9/17/2021 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Submission of revised product samples is NOT requested orauthorized. The Government w ill not accept revised proposals submitted after this date and the Government intends to make aw ard withoutobtaining further revisions beyond the due date of Friday 9/17/2021 2:00 PM Eastern Time. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0006: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date and time from 17 March 2020, 2:00 PM to 20 March 2020, 2:00 PM. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0005: The purpose of this amendment is to 1) clarify instructions for requesting access to Draw ing Package Rev 4; and 2) address questions recieved from industry in response to the Request For Proposal. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to 1) extend the closing date and time for this solicitation from 10 March 2020 to 17 March 2020; 2) update CLIN descriptions for CLINs 0033 and 0073; 3) update the Draw ing Package to Rev 4; 4) address questions recieved from industry in response to the Request For Proposal; and 5) Instructions to Offers is updated w ith regard to proposal and product sample delviery. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to 1) add Foreign Military Sales (FMS) CLINs 0041-0076; 2) add, "Delivery Schedule," information for FMS CLINs 0041-0076; 3) remove the requirement for CLIN 0035, "MK47 W2 Cable;" 4) revise CLIN descriptions and contract clauses citing updated CLIN structure; 5) update, "Price Matrices," for all CLINs as a result of added FMS CLINs and removal of the requirement for CLIN 0035; 6) modify, "Inspection and Acceptance Terms;" 7) modify, "IDC Constraints;" 8) add FAR clauses 52.222-24, 52.202-8, and DFARS clause 252.225-7974; 9) update FAR clause 52.204-8 to reflect correct small business size standard; and 10) address questions received from industry in response to the Request for Proposal. SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to 1) extend the closing date and time from 2:00 PM on 26 February 2020 to 2:00 PM on 10 March 2020; 2) Update Section J Attachment 1 has been revised to Draw ing Package Rev 3; and 3) Clarify proposal submission requirements . A subsequent amendment to the Request for Proposal is anticipated to be issued on or before 27 February 2020 to address all questions submitted in response to the RFP, add Foreign Military Sales CLINS, and update the solicitation as needed. See pages 2-7. SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS AMENDMENT0001The Maximum Contract Award Value is $15,000,000 for contractors previously awarded contracts under solicitations N0016414RJN05 and N0016417RJN44. The anticipated Maximum Contract Award Value for any new contract award(s) are projected to be $11,000,000 at time of new award(s).
