UNICOR, The Federal Prison Industries is seeking to award a singleaward contract for design and space planning services for UNICOR's Office Furniture Group product offering. This solicitation is unrestricted and has a designated NAICS code of 541410. Interested offerors shall read the solicitation in its entirety prior to submission of any questions. All questions shall only be submitted in writing to both Clarice Bailey at [email protected] and Linda K. Kerr at [email protected] by Tuesday, December 22, 2020 @ 10:00am, EST. No questions will be answered verbally or after the questions due date and time. An amendment will be issued after December 22, 2020 with answers to all questions received before the deadline. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to Clarice Bailey, Contracting Officer by email ([email protected]) or facsimile (352-330-8388) and reference Solicitation No. FN1511-21. Offers shall be received by Tuesday, January 12, 2021at 2:00 PM, EST. Offers received after the exact date and time specified may not be considered. Offerors must be registered on WWW.SAM.GOV,acknowledge all amendments, and submit a proposal that includes all completed and signed documents outlined in the "submission requirements" of this solicitation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: price, past performance, past experience, technical approach and key personnel. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal for consideration. The Government will make award to the responsible offerorwhose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offerorwithin the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. No copies of this solicitation will be mailed.
