The Naval Surface Warfare Center is issuing solicitation N61331-26-Q-MS03 for the procurement of Ocean Technology Systems brand MK8 headset masks. This requirement is a total SBA Small Business Set-Aside (SBA) under NAICS 334290, Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing, and PSC 5965, Headsets, Handsets, Microphones and Speakers. The government intends to award a contract to an authorized distributor or reseller of the brand-name equipment to support operations in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Interested vendors must submit quotes on company letterhead including full original equipment manufacturer specifications and an authorized reseller letter. Submissions are required to include the vendor’s CAGE code and lead time, with shipping costs listed as a separate line item if not already included in the base price.
