WILLAMETTE VALLEY PROJECT ELEVATOR MONTHLY INSPECT/PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE) Portland District is soliciting elevator maintenance contractors who are interested in submitting a competitive firm-fixed price quote for a four and a half year (4 years, 6 months) single award task order contract (SATOC) proposal for this project. Scope of Work: The Project will consist providing monthly maintenance and unscheduled maintenance on elevators located at 7 dams throughout the Willamette Valley. Acquisition Strategy: The solicitation will be awarded IAW Far Part 13). Award will be for a base period one and a half year (18 months) plus one three-year option. This acquisition will result in a single fixed-price contract. Set Asides and Codes: This is a full and open with no Set-Asides acquisition. This effort is classified through the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under code 811310. The Small Business Standard size ($8,000,000). The FSC is J035.
