USFS Job Corps South East Facilities Construction MATOC

The USDA Forest Service (FS), Job Corps , has a requirement for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ ). The IDIQs will be for facilities construction and maintenance for Job Corps Center located in the following states; AR,KY,MO,NC,TN,VA,WV. The work performed may include new work, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs and construction of facilities, to include roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other trades. This procurement will be solicited using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standards of $45M. The IDIQ contracts will have a shared ceiling of $5 Million. The ordering period of the IDIQ contracts will be five (5) years from the effective date of the award or when the ceiling of $5 Million is reached, whichever comes first. February 13, 2024 - Note - Site visits will be conducted on a case by case basis. Please contact the Contracting Officer to schedule a site vist. All questions must be recieved by February 23, 2024. February 21, 2023 - This amedment adds a Q&A document and a revised section L and M. March 6, 2024 - All questions must be submitted by March 13, 2024. Please acknowledge all amedments.
