Amendment  (02):

The purpose of this Sources Sought Amendment (02) is to provide an updated Sources Sought Letter dated 22nd April 2026. All changes have been highlighted in the Attachment titled "Atch 1 - Sources Sought Cover Letter updated 22 April 2026".

Amendment  (01):

The purpose of this Sources Sought Amendment (01) is to provide a revised Draft SOW dated 15th April 2026. All changes have been highlighted yellow in the Attachment named "Atch 2 - A-E IDIQ Revised Draft SOW 15 April 2026".

Introduction:

This notice officially begins dialogue with industry for the re-acquisition of follow-on Architecture and Engineering (A-E) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in support of the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC). The sources sought / request for information is a market research tool used for the purposes of preliminary acquisition planning and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors and is not a commitment of the Government for any purpose other than market research. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up requests. Please ensure if you are anticipating submitting a proposal when the soliciation is posted, that your company is registered in SAM.gov. Directions on registering in SAM.gov have been provided in the attachments listed below. Respondents will not be notified of the data collected in result of this market research and any information submitted to this request by respondents is voluntary.
