8a COMPETITVE SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be an 8a competitive Set Aside pursuant to FAR 6.203 & FAR 19.805-1. The NAICS Code selected for this acquisition is 561210, Facility Support Service, which has a size standard of $36.5 million average annual revenue. The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov prior to award of the solicitation. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will only be available in electronic format, downloadable from the internet. No CD-ROMS or hardcopy documents will be distributed. Bidders must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and at the Sam website (beta.sam.gov) in order to view or download the solicitation documents. It is the responsibility of bidders to monitor the website for notices and amendments.
