DARTS Engineering Services SBIR Phase III

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a sole-source, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to Progeny Systems for Data Analysis Reporting Tool Set (DARTS) engineering services. This requirement supports the collection and analysis of Submarine Non-Propulsion Electronic System data for test and evaluation reporting purposes. The scope includes developing and maintaining various DARTS hardware and software variants for all classes of United States submarines.
