This a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of a contract in accordance with FAR subpart 5.3. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office, located at 700 Robbins Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111, awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract N0018925DZ029 to Leidos, Inc. of Reston, VA in the total CPFF amount of $56,682,220.53 on 11 July 2025. The award, to provide Psychological Health and Readiness Support to the Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), was solicited and negotiated with on a full and open basis under FAR Part 15. The ordering period under the awarded IDIQ commenced on 11 July 2025. Work performed under the contract will only be in response to awarded task orders. Services under the contract will have a primary place of performance at NHRC facility located in San Diego, Calif. The IDIQ includes a base 5-year ordering period with a 6-month optional ordering period in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
