NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair and/or modify the ordered quantities of spare repairable assemblies as included within this document. The spare repairable assemblies to be repaired and/or modified under this agreement are set forth by manufacturers part number and constitute Government Property as defined in FAR clause 52.245-1 Government Property or 52.245-1 Alternate I, as applicable. NAVSUP WSS is also seeking to determine if there are any commercial items (CI) or non-developmental items (NDI) that will satisfy the repair needs of this forthcoming procurement. In addition, NAVSUP WSS is seeking any eligible small business firms including service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, certified HUBZone small businesses, and certified 8(a) capable of performing these repairs.
