Consequence Management Support Center - DRAFT Solicitation for Industry Day and Synopsis

Follow-On Synopsis with Revised DRAFT Request for Proposal (W9133L24R3801 Version dated 17 November 2023 Reference Tracked Changes Therein) This Publication Results from Consequence Management Support Center (CoMSupCen) Industry Day Held 08-10 August 2023 in Lexington, KY A revised DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) is hereby released (reference standalone attachment dated 17 November 2023) following CoMSupCen Industry Day in Lexington, KY, held from 8 10 August 2023. Revisions within the standalone attachment are provided displaying tracked changes so industry can better understand what was to what is now. In addition, industry questions received from the aforementioned CoMSupCen Industry Day, coupled with Government responses, are hereby posted as a standalone attachment (i.e., also dated 17 November 2023). Also, given the aforementioned revisions to the DRAFT RFP, an additional DRAFT Solicitation Attachment 05, a Performance Guarantee Agreement, has been added as a standalone attachment (i.e., also dated 17 November 2023). At present, a future, formal solicitation is presently anticipated for issuance sometime during the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 (i.e., between January of 2024 and the end of March 2024). The Government presently intends to set aside this requirement for competition among 8(a) small businesses. The formal solicitation and any amendments will be posted to this Systems for Award Management (SAM) GPE website. Finally, of note, DRAFT RFP Attachments 3 and 14 are not presently available for publication. Providing a change to this status, the Government intends on publishing these additional DRAFT attachments at a later date or, the Government may, at its discretion, publish these along with formal solicitation release. As a reminder (i.e., as mentioned via predecessor published notice), DRAFT attachments / documents provided consist of either a solicitation attachment (denoted via Sol within document title) or a Performance Work Statement (PWS) attachment.
