Amendment 0004: The purpose of amendment 0004 is to incorporate Attachment 13 - Non-Disclosure Agreement. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0003: The purpose of amendment 0003 is to accomplish the following: (1) Incorporate the Government responses to Industry questions as Attachment 12.
