We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a mandatory pre-quotation conference on 12 February 2026; 10:00 am (Philippine local time) at the U. S. Embassy Manila, Chancery Compound. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact [email protected] to facilitate preparation of access clearance. Please submit name/s representatives (limit to two) no later than 9 February 2026; 12:00 noon. Access to U.S. Government properties will not be permitted without prior clearance.
