FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, on behalf of the United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas, intends to procure substance use treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. Under solicitation 0540-2027-0022, the government will establish Blanket Purchase Agreements for services in Lewisville, Texas, including substance use assessments and individual, group, or family counseling. This requirement is classified under NAICS 621420 Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers and PSC G099 SOCIAL- OTHER, with a set-aside designation of NONE.

The performance period is scheduled to run from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with the government holding the unilateral option to extend the agreement for four additional 12-month intervals. Qualified offerors must demonstrate the ability to provide services within the specified catchment area at an available facility, utilize professionals meeting required experience criteria, and offer pricing comparable to or lower than that charged to their most favored customers.
