Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build Multiple Award Construction Contract (Regular MACC) at Commander Fleet Activities, Sasebo (CFAS), Japan and other areas throughout NAVFAC Far Easts area of responsibility in Japan (Regular MACC at CFAS) Amendment 0001 issued to provide the Government response for Pre-ProproposalInquiries, extend due date and time, and make other administrative changes. The Not-To-Exceed (NTE) amount for all the MACC contract awards combined under Solicitation N4008420R6500 is $249,000,000.00; it is not the maximum value of each individual MACC contract. The task order range is between JPY 50,000,000 to JPY 3,000,000,000. Task orders will be solicited and awarded in Japanese Yen. Payment will be made in Japanese Yen. However, the price of task orders will also be expressed in U.S. Dollars for the administrative convenience of the U.S. Government. If you do not have a DBIDS CARD for CFAS Main Base, please submit a color copy of your picture ID and the pass request form, Attachment I or, for U.S. Nationals only, Attachment I and Attachment J, to the POC via email no later than 10:00 AM at least five business days prior to the Pre-proposal Meeting in order to receive a DBIDS PAPER PASS (Temporary Pass).
