This notice is being issued in an attempt to determine the level of interest among all socioeconomic groups. Responses will assist VA planners in determining an appropriate acquisition and set-aside strategy which best fits VA requirements. This action is to perform market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; (3) Small or emerging small business firms; or (4) large business firms to set aside a multiple award contract. Lebanon Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center is seeking a five-year Indefinite Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for transportation services for eligible beneficiaries (and escort, if applicable) throughout the Pennsylvania area. Services will require transporting eligible beneficiaries to and from the Lebanon VA Medical Center or associated VA Community Clinic (VACC) and their home/lodging residences, or designated location. Contractor will provide ground transportation services, 24 hours/7 days/week (to include off business hours and all federal holidays) for locations up to 90 miles away from the main campus or clinic (one-way) The anticipated Ordering Period is to start June 1, 2023, for a total of 5 years.
