Solicitation Amendment 0001 The Purpose of this amendment is to: a. Extend the closing date from 09 Nov 2019 12:00PM CST to 12 Nov 2019 at 12:00PM CST. b. Provide Government Responses to questions received. c. Make changes to Addendum 52.212-1 and Addendum 52.212-2 d. Provide an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) updated attachments along with updating the list of attachments. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) Contracting Center, on behalf of the FortCampbell's Logistics Readiness Center, has a requirement for Full Food Services (FFS) in support of the NCOA and to support Fort Campbell Installations FFS and remote Feeding sites. The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property(GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This procurement is set-aside for eligible Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $41.5M. This requirement is subject to Randolph-Shepherd Act (R-SA) and give preference to the State Licensing Agency (SLA). This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated performance period is a five year ordering period. APre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit willbe conducted at Fort Campbell, KY. This is the only Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit that will be conducted. Date and Time: 16 October 2019 at 10:00am Local time Location: Building 5210, Room 12 Located at the intersection of 8th and Desert Storm. NOTE: Site Visit Attendees will need to go to Gate 4 for their visitor pass. Visitors will need their driver's license, insurance card, and vehicle registration. Offerors planning to attend this conference must so notify the Contract Specialist, Madeline Allison and the Contract Officer, Samuel Colton no later than 12:00PM CDT on 11 October 2019. Important information regarding the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit: There will be no cameras or recording devices allowed. Any and all technical questions or clarifications will need to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist as specified in the instructions below. The site facilitator WILL NOT answer any question during the site visit. Following the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit, AllTechnical Questions are due No LaterThan (NLT) 21 October 2019, 16:00 PM CDT.
