Master Ship Repair Agreement for USACE St. Paul District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) St. Paul District is seeking contractors to enter into a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) for the maintenance, repair, and refitting of its fleet.
