THIS AMENDMENT HEREBY EXTENDS THE SOLICITATION END DATE UNTIL 04-24-2023. VA Western New York Healthcare System (VAWNYHCS) has a need for a certified Diagnostic Medical Physicist to provide equipment inspection, testing, repair, and reporting services in support of the Buffalo and Batavia VA radiation safety programs. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, travel and personnel to provide these services. This requirement is being solicited as 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541690 - Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with the Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million. Contractors are required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM prior to contract award. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) for a one year base and four (4) one-year option periods.
