This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is #RFQ-20-PHX-020 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government will award one firm-fixed price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the Brand Name Hardy Diagnostics where lowest evaluated price offer will receive award. Submit written offers in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors outlined in pages 17-18 of this solicitation. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-04 / 01-15-2020. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing, with a Size Standard of 1250, apply to this procurement. This acquisition is 100% unrestricted. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award an IDIQ Contract from this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
