DUCT ASSEMBLY, AIR C; E-3A AWACS

The Defense Logistics Agency is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for the procurement of air conditioning duct assemblies (NSN 1660-01-037-2025) for the E-3A AWACS aircraft. This requirement is classified under NAICS 336411 for Aircraft Manufacturing and PSC 1660 for Aircraft Air Conditioning, Heating, and Pressurizing Equipment. The government intends to award an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a performance period of 60 months, featuring an estimated annual quantity of eight units. Performance is located in Richmond, Virginia, and items are to be delivered within 185 days after receipt of order with FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin.
