Small Business Event - “Live Chat with HUD’s OSDBU” Webinar Series: Maximizing Growth Through Opportunity Zones and HUBZone Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) and the Office of Field Policy and Management, in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration, is hosting a special notice outreach event titled “Live Chat with HUD’s OSDBU” Webinar Series: Maximizing Growth Through Opportunity Zones and HUBZone Programs. Scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET via MS Teams, the session provides information on the Opportunity Zones (OZ) program and how small businesses can leverage associated incentives. The session also covers the geographic overlay of OZ designations, eligible census tracts for nomination, and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) programs to assist small businesses in maximizing community growth.
