The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office is seeking responsible vendors to establish multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for commercial items supply to Crushed Aggregate Supply within the vicinity of Northwest, Coos Bay, and Medford Districts, Oregon to be conducted under FAR Part 13. The vendor shall furnish Crushed rock material including crushed stone or gravel, jaw run, and riprap. The performance period will be from date of award for a period of 5 years. The NAICS code is 212319 and the small business size standard is 500. This opportunity is open to all businesses regardless of size. All responsible sources must submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The capability statement must include: (1) General business information including business name, DUNS number, and point of contact information (2) Types of supplies or products offered; (3) Maximum number of operational units of crushed aggregate it can provide; (4) Maximum number of units it can supply for oral order placed at a minimum 24-hours prior to pickup of aggregate material; (5) Physical address for supply location(s).
