View moreDESCRIPTION: School bus services supporting Ellsworth Air Force Base. The contractor must provide and maintain the required number of school buses and drivers to transport between approximately 250 and 350 children in grades K through 12 to and from Box Elder, South Dakota. Transportation of students will be done conveniently and safely while complying with all federal, state, and local traffic and transportation laws.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(vii) Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote, the vendors' assigned Cage Code and be registered and Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.
(viii) Each vendor must have a reference complete the Past Performance Questionnaire (Attachment 3). In accordance with the solicitation (Attachment 1), the reference who completes the questionnaire is also responsible for submitting it. The completed questionnaire must be submitted along with the vendor's expression of interest.
(ix) Furthermore, all vendors are required to complete the Price Schedule Excel document. This will provide a clearer understanding of the proposed pricing over the course of the contract.
