The draft solicitation is available at this time, along with draft solicitation attachments A1-A16, L1 and L61 for the Contractor’s information, reference, and use in developing a proposal in response to the final RFP. The attachments will become part of the contract following award. A Site Visit Video, along with all other Attachments (listed in Section J) will be posted to https://erscrfp.rma-cloud.com, when available. PLEASE NOTE: As of March 23, 2023, this website is accessible. The draft RFP has been updated to reflect this change in section J (changes highlighted in yellow). The official release of the final solicitation/RFP will be posted on the System for Award Management (SAM) website located at the following address: https://www.sam.gov/. The on-line version of the RFP will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete final solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the SAM website on a regular basis for any updates.
