IDIQ for PSIB Base: Administrative and Lodging Buildings Type 1 and 2, Kennels with support spaces, CEFOP Buildings, Warehouse, Multipurpose Building, Fence/Barrier/Wall and Wall at Any Location in Colombia

This is a Solicitation Notice of the US Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Department of State Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the US Embassy in Bogota-Colombia construction IDIQ. The estimated period of performance is one (1) twelve (12) months base period and four (4) 12 months option periods. This acquisition will be issued under full and open procedures. The project consists of an IDIQ for the construction of: PSIB: Administrative and/or Lodging Type 1 (Patrol)'s and/ or Lodging type 2 (Commander's) Buildings Kennels - units with support spaces Warehouse: 2 levels CEFOP building Multipurpose Building Fence / Barrier / Wall Projects for a Colombian National Force, located at any Location in Colombia, and to support an INL program, as per specified on the project's Task Orders. The construction for the different buildings contained in this IDIQ shall include the use of quality materials that are capable of withstanding tropical rainy climate. The structural system chosen for these buildings corresponds to reinforced masonry wall. The lightweight roof system is supported by purlins which are supported over concrete beam, supported over reinforced masonry wall. The foundation of these buildings consists in concrete cyclopean and footings. Also these facilities shall have internal installations, doors, door hardware, air conditioning, sanitary fittings, underground water tank, generator and finishes as indicated in the attached drawings. Electrical, hydraulic and sewage utilities will be considered under incidental design and will be revised and defined per Task Order. The building shall comply with the current standards of the Colombian Seismic Resistance Code (NSR Standard, 10). The contractor shall be responsible for transportation, meals and lodging of the construction team on the different work sites (away from the project site), or as arranged with the Colombia's force personnel on site. The contractor shall have a representative at the work site to receive materials, which shall be responsible for unloading materials and transporting it to the actual work site. Place of Performance: The place of performance under this IDIQ covers any locations in Colombia. Detail information of place of performance will be determined and specified at each task order. **IMPORTANT SCHEDULES** 1.
