LP Gas for MCAS Cherry Point

The Facilities Maintenance Department, Utilities Branch, at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point requires the delivery of Liquified Petroleum (LP) Gas, along with tank rental, monitoring, and maintenance services. Performance will take place across several locations in North Carolina, including MCAS Cherry Point, Marine Corps Auxiliary Landing Field (MCALF) Bogue, MCALF Atlantic, and Columbia Towers. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns under NAICS code 221210, Natural Gas Distribution, and PSC S111, UTILITIES- GAS.

The Marine Corps Command General’s COPE agency is managing this combined synopsis/solicitation under solicitation number M6700126Q1001. Responses to the solicitation are due by 12:00 pm on December 11, 2025, following a deadline for contractor questions on November 28, 2025. Three attachments are associated with this notice: a solicitation amendment (SF 30), an eligible delivery list, and the primary solicitation document released on November 21, 2025.
