The Department of the Air Force has awarded a multiple award BPA to FPA Pacific, Construction and Materials Supply Inc, and USA Fanter Corporation with the Agreement numbers FA502525AB002, FA502525AB003, and FA502525AB004, respectively. The scope of these Agreements are for orders to be competed and awarded for the supply of construction materials necessary to construct a runway. Agreement holders are allowed to compete for such orders, with evaluation criteria for award being established with each order. The total value of all orders placed by the Air Force cumulatively with Tinian Materials BPA holders shall not exceed $300,000,000.00. The Contractor shall provide evidence of being capable of complying with CNMI (Marianas) import and bio-security standards if aggregate is intended to be sourced from outside the CNMI. This notice shall remain active for the duration of the Agreement's life to allow for interested vendors to submit their interest.
