Vacuum Excavator Trailer

The Department of the Army, MICC-Ft Drum, has issued a combined synopsis/solicitation under solicitation number W911S225U1198 for the procurement of a vacuum excavator trailer. This requirement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside. The acquisition is classified under NAICS 336212 Truck Trailer Manufacturing and PSC 4540 WASTE DISPOSAL EQUIPMENT.

The scope of this requirement covers a new 2025 or 2026 model vacuum excavator trailer equipped with a sewer jetter system. Technical specifications include a diesel engine of at least 74HP, dual water tanks with a combined capacity of at least 800 gallons, and a spoil tank with a minimum 800-gallon capacity featuring a hydraulic cam-over rear door. The unit must provide a vacuum airflow of at least 1,500cfm, a jetter pump with 2,000psi pressure, and an air compressor providing at least 180cfm.
