Guam S&RTS Solicitation

USTRANSCOM-AQ is procuring Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at designated ports in Guam to support the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) cargo. The requirement covers the management of military cargo, including containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and aircraft. Responsibilities include stevedoring and longshoring for vessel, truck, and rail operations, as well as port reception, staging, and warehousing.
