Annual Utility Tunnel Safety & Health Audits (Audit)

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has issued this presolicitation notice for annual safety and health audits of the United States Capitol Power Plant utility tunnels located in Washington, DC. These audits are intended to inform management of current operational practices and conditions regarding compliance with local, state, and federal safety and health regulations. The audits must be conducted under the direction of a Certified Industrial Hygienist, a Safety Specialist, and both Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. These professionals will produce a report containing digital photographs to verify findings and assess the acceleration of structural or mechanical degradation compared to previous audits.
