U.S. Currency Paper

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) invites all interested parties to submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation for the manufacture of U.S. currency banknotes for the BEP in the Eastern Currency Facility (ECF) in Washington, DC and the Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX. Due to the sensitive nature of this solicitation, the BEP will vet all requests and reserves the right to refuse any company not approved by the vetting process. To request a copy of the solicitation attachments as listed under Attachment J of the RFP, the BEP requests that all interested Offerors submit a formal Letter of Intent and execute an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The letter of intent must include your companys legal name, complete mailing address, telephone numbers, email address, DUNS number, CAGE code, and a statement regarding the company's ability to produce currency. The letter of intent must be signed verifying that all information is correct under penalty of law. All requests for questions and/or clarifications related to the RFP shall be submitted via e-mail to Millie Cortes at [email protected] Antonio Sixon at [email protected]. All questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Wednesday, January 15, 2020. The Offeror shall note in the email subject line the Request for Proposal, BEP-RFP-2031ZA20R00003 and Request for Clarification. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL, NO EXCEPTIONS Interested Offerors are encouraged to submit proposals no later than 12:00 PM EST FEBRUARY 19, 2020. This amendment 0001 addresses questions from Offerors. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
