Q401--Temporary Nurse Services for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System

Pre-Solicitation Notice This is not a solicitation announcement.  This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide contracted nurse staffing services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) facilities. The VAGLAHS currently provides certified nurse assistants (CNAs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and registered nurses (RNs) for patients at their facilities. This includes general RNs, specialty RNs, and nurse practitioners (NPs). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Vet Biz information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database at the time of proposal and at the time of award. NAICS Code is 561320 (Temporary Help Services) with a Small Business Size Standard of $30.0M. The classification code is Q401 (Medical Nursing). The solicitation will be issued as a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract with Fixed Unit Prices. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on https://www.sam.gov on or about January 24th, 2022. No questions will be answered prior to the solicitation being released.
